    Renato Cuadros Jr. is the driving force behind MISTI Construction — overseeing everything from early planning and project management to client communication and financials.

    His journey started at the ground level, working on home remodels as a hands-on laborer while attending Pensacola State College. Side by side with his dad (and now business partner), Renato found a real passion for building. That passion led him to earn both his general contractor and roofing licenses — and laid the foundation for what MISTI Construction is today.

    He’s got a sharp eye for detail, a steady hand on every project, and a deep commitment to doing things the right way. As your main point of contact, Renato is all about clear communication, long-term trust, and delivering quality work that stands the test of time.

    With over 20 years in the construction world, Narciso Cuadros took MISTI Construction from a small remodeling business to what it is today — a trusted name across Pensacola and Northwest Florida.

    He’s the one making sure every job site runs smoothly and every detail is done right. From safety checks to final finishes, Narciso leads the charge when it comes to quality control and on-site craftsmanship.
